I am a member of Allways, Tufts, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Networks and can also accept other insurers that allow for out-of-network providers. For individuals who are not using insurance my fee is $140 for initial consultations and $140 per session.  If you have a financial hardship please contact me to see if discounts are available.

For our first appointment, please review the " Therapy Information and Agreement” and the “Notice of Privacy Practices” forms. Print, fill out, and bring the “Personal Information Form” with you. These forms are also available in the office.
